- - By signing this form, you give the British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BC SPCA) an irrevocable perpetual royalty-free, sub-licensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right to use your first name, text, photos and/or Entry for any purpose, including fundraising, to promote the BC SPCA’s mission of providing effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the British Columbia.

- - By signing this form, you agree that in no event shall the BC SPCA be liable for any losses, expenses or damages (including third party complaints or litigations) resulting from the BC SPCA’s use of your name, text, photos and/or Entry. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the BC SPCA from and against any and all costs and/or expenses that may arise out of any use of your name, text and/or Entry by the BC SPCA.

In submitting your Reunion Story, you also agree that any information submitted regarding the details of the reunion may be used for marketing purposes. I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, the BC Pet Registry Privacy Policy, and the BC SPCA Privacy Policy.
